Countries like Poland, Russia, and Hungary have recently set homophobic laws that are restrictive on human rights and liberties. For example, Poland has set various anti-LGBTQ+ policies such as banning any sort of LGBTQ+ education, deeming it as “LGBTQ+ Propaganda.” Recently the situation has gotten increasingly worrying. With LGBTQ+-free zones being established and the rights to live freely and create families and other breaches of LGBTQ+ rights rapidly increasing, should the EU and UN intervene?
